Help Desk Solutions can be implemented to provide support to a
variety of business types, from large Corporations with many PC
users, to small businesses with just a few users. We
created this service with flexibility in mind.
The computer is now an integral part of many companies' daily
operations. When a user experiences a problem and doesn't
know how to remedy the situation, down time occurs. This
decreases productivity, thereby inadvertently decreasing
profits. We make it our business to keep our clients' down
time to a minimum.
Our help desk representatives are A+ certified as well as MOUS
(Microsoft Office User Specialist) certified in order to provide
assistance in troubleshooting both hardware and software related
problems. Depending on the level of service you need, we can
train our representatives to support many custom in-house
applications. We can also support mobile users who need to
access your system from remote locations. We can even dispatch
a technician on-site in the event that a problem cannot be
solved on the First Level (over the phone).
We can work with existing IT departments to provide user
support services. This frees up your technicians and
allows them to concentrate on important back end tasks that may
need to be addressed on a daily or weekly basis.
Our goal for this service is to streamline your company's
computer usage. We generate weekly reports of user
problems / activities to help you determine the nature of usage,
the knowledge level of your users, and possibly the stability of
your platform. With this knowledge, informed decisions can
be made with regards to user training, hardware, and software
applications.
