Computer Resources of America
It has been over a decade since Computer Resources of America has opened
for business. During this time, we have undergone many changes to adapt
to the ever evolving IT industry in order to meet our customer' demands.
The fact that we have been able to do this for an extended period of
time is a testimony to our management's vision.
The main component of our vision involves CRA's ability to work with
multiple vendors. More often than not, businesses need several different
types of applications in order to effectively create and manage their
specific business processes. When a problem occurs with one or more of
these applications, hardware or software, it is more cost effective to
call in a service that can fix everything in one visit.
CRA has established vendor alliances during our years in business. We
make sure our technicians are certified to service all of the main
products such as printers, servers, and desktop PCs, as well as network
software such as Microsoft NT/2000, Novell, Lotus, etc...
In addition to our technical expertise, CRA reseller services allow our
customers to take advantage of our vendor alliances when purchasing
hardware or software. We have favorable relationships with many key
distributors since we are constantly purchasing their products for our
customers. Many of our customers have initially come to us because of
these favorable pricing arrangements.

Whether it be our products or services, another favorable aspect of our
business model is our immediate response to our clientele. If there is a
technical problem during the course of a business day, we understand the
importance of quickly resolving this so our customer(s) can get back to
business as soon as possible.
During our tenure in this industry, we have been able to grow our
business by adapting to the demands of our customers. Because of this,
we have been able to expand our Value Added Services in order to provide
our clients with the best possible service and support. We hope to
continue this in years to come. We plan on doing this by sticking to our
original business model, which relies on constant change in order to
meet demand.
